Scopurile Fondatiei sunt de a identifica, dezvolta si promova cei mai dotati tineri artisti, încurajîndu-i spre o creativitate extraordinarã si dezvoltîndu-le potenialul spiritual ce stau la baza talentului lor, pentru a fi promovati spre apogeul perfectiunii umane pe scena mondialã.
