Mr. Kuznetsov is one of the foremost jazz and classical pianists in Ukraine, a professor of music in its most famous institution for higher musical education, and Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism for the Administration of the Odessa Province of Ukraine.

He has been providing music, education, political and other advice and assistance to the Foundation since the year 2005.
