Tadao Otsuki is the CEO and Founder of Otsuki Consulting International, Inc. in Tokyo. Mr. Otsuki has extensive business experience in the consumer products and professional services industries, including expertise in business strategy, marketing strategy, business startup, and business turnaround. Mr. Otsuki helps clients identify and rapidly implement growth initiatives and productivity improvements by enabling teams and senior leaders to optimize their business for improved bottom-line performance. Mr. Otsuki’s global business experience spans the food & drink, outplacement and training & education industries. Prior to entering the consulting field, Mr. Otsuki was Chairman and CEO of Novations Group, Inc., as well as Director of Drake Beam Morin worldwide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Otsuki was President and CEO of Drake Beam Morin-Japan, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Japan and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company. Mr. Otsuki obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yokohama Municipal University.
