John Mann is Head of Public Relations for Millhouse LLC in Moscow and London, and is the former Head of International Media Relations for the Russian oil major Sibneft. A native of Washington D.C. with a degree in political science and Soviet foreign policy from Harvard University, Mr. Mann has worked in public relations and public affairs in the former Soviet Union for the past decade.
Previous to his work with Sibneft, Mr. Mann also served as vice president and client service director of The Willard Group/Burson-Marsteller (the CIS affiliate of the international public relations consulting group), as managing director of Almaty (Kazakhstan) based public relations agency Golden Eagle Services, and as information services director and country manager for the U.S. Kazakhstan Council, a trade promotion organization also based in Almaty.
He has provided media relations and other management advice and assistance to Apogee since the year 2003.
