Vladislav Shumakov

In the quest to provide maximum benefits over the course of a promising beneficiary's entire career path, Vladislav Shumakov was the youngest student to which a combined Apogee-Perm State jury offered an Apogee Merit Scholarship in the 1999/2000 academic year.
Vladislav also was selected to received Apogee Merit Scholarships from the Foundation during the 2000/2001 and 2002/2003 academic years, and during that time also was provided with supplementary training in courses arranged by Apogee with leading instructors in Russia.
Vladislav is shown below as a member of the Perm State graduating Class of 2006.
