Vladislav Lantratov
Apogee Merit Scholar and Rising Star Award Laureate

Vladislav Lantratov was the first student supported by the Foundation from the first year of his training at age ten.
He received Apogee Merit Scholarships in each of the 1998/1999, 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2001/2002 academic years, and subsequently was selected as the top male graduate of the Bolshoi Academy in 2006 -- on the basis of which selection he was also awarded a special edition of the Foundation's Rising Star Award. Lantratov is an excellent example of the Foundation's consistent ability to identify and foster elite talent from the earliest years of a performing artist's career and to foster it throughout an artist's career cycle.
He is shown here in performance with Maria Vinogradova, supported by the Foundation from her second year of studies at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and selected by the Foundation's principals to perform as soloist in multiple Apogee concert series. Vinogradova likewise was in 2006 selected as the top female graduate of the Bolshoi Academy and awarded the Foundation's Rising Star Award.
