Taras Tovstyuk received Apogee Merit Scholarships during his third and fifth years of study at the Perm State Ballet School: during the 2000/2001 and 2002/2003 academic years. He is shown above in his last year of study at Perm State (2005/2006), when he was regarded as the school's top male graduate--again demonstrating Apogee's profound competence in identifying and promoting performing arts talent from a student's earliest years of training.
