Chinara Alizade was selected as one of the two top female students at her class level of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy for the 2001/2002 academic year and granted the corresponding Apogee Merit Scholarship.

Three years later, she was awarded first prize in the junior division of the Moscow International Ballet Competition.

This again confirmed Apogee's consistent record of success in identifying world class artists from the earliest years of their training and record of fostering this throughout these artists's career cycles.
