Artyom Ovcharenko

Artyom Ovcharenko was judged one of the two top male students at the seventh level of training at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and awarded an Apogee Merit Scholarship for both of the 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 academic years: the seventh and eighth years of his training at the Bolshoi Academy.
His class was so talented that it was the only class where double the planned number of scholarships was awarded during these years to insure that each student would have proper support for his continued training.
