The Apogee Foundation has begun its second decade of operations by globalizing its operations and consolidating its position as a world leader in identifying, developing and promoting the world's most gifted emerging artists.

New York, London and Tokyo, January 29, 2008 (FastPitchPress (US), PressBox (UK)) – The Apogee Foundation, an international philanthropic corporation dedicated to the development of human excellence in the performing arts, has begun its second decade of operations by globalizing its programs to identify, develop and promote artistic excellence. From its origins a decade ago as an organization mandated to revitalize Russia's collapsing performing arts training systems, Apogee has now evolved into a leading force around the world for fostering human creative potential.

Through this innovative partnership, the impact of Apogee's programs around the world can now be vastly magnified through film, television, recording and interactive media

During 2008, Apogee plans to continue its ongoing pattern of expansion by:

- building on its record of success in East Europe and West Asia with the rollout of operations throughout East and South Asia;

- launching vocal and choral programs across each of its Apogee Awards, Apogee Academy and Apogee Artists divisions; and

- evolving its Fusion Programs fostering creative excellence into institutional curricula enabling beneficiaries to fulfill their greatest potential on the world stage.

Apogee President Kenneth Schneider said "Everyone at Apogee is extremely proud of the impact we have made on the future of human creativity during our first decade of operations. As a result of these accomplishments, the Foundation's second decade offers possibilities beyond what anyone would have believed possible ten years ago."
